No Smoking For the comfort of our guests, 53 Wendell is a Non-Smoking Establishment. No smoking is permitted in the suites or common areas.
Parking A limited number of visitors parking permits are available for use that allow you to park on Wendell st and on other streets in the neighborhood. Technically, the permits may only be used by the same car for 1 day in the same parking spot. 53 Wendell makes these passes available on a first request/first serve basis. A $100 deposit (authorization to your credit card) is required to use the pass. The authorization will be cancelled if the permit is returned on the agreed return date. 53 Wendell is not responsible for any parking tickets that you may receive while using the parking permit. 53 Wendell also has one off-street driveway spot that may be requested and is available on a first request/first serve basis. Pets53 Wendell allows well-behaved dogs. Your dog must be individually pre-approved, and must be up to date on all vaccines. Your dog must also always be attended to while inside the house. This is for your dog's well-being as being in a strange place can be quite stressful. If dog-sitting is needed, let me know and I can refer you to several very good dog sitters/walkers who have cared for my own dog. There is an extra dog fee that will apply to allow for steam-cleaning of suite for the comfort of our next guests who may not be dog enthusiasts.
